Presession assignments are tasks assigned by GVW to individuals who have successfully installed the necessary software and programs for their work. These assignments are typically sent out one week prior to the start of the training and are intended to be completed independently, outside of scheduled work hours. The deadline for submission is clearly stated in the accompanying email.
It is highly recommended that participants complete these assignments as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate preparation for the upcoming training. Timely completion allows for smoother onboarding and ensures that participants are fully equipped to engage in the training sessions from the start.
Also known as training schedule. These schedules are completed with an instructor online and cannot be chosen or requested. All Certifications/Trainings are held on a fixed schedule as defined on the Program Announcement.

To check activation status in Windows X or 11, select the Start button, and then select Settings > Update & Security and then select Activation . Your activation status will be listed next to Activation. “You are activated.”
Apply by uploading resume and choosing desired position. While positions are open and available you will automatically receive an invitation to a mandatory Town Hall Meeting. A Cavinol recruiter will try to reach out to you at this time for an interview. If, you do not receive an automatic invitation or contact from a recruiter, all positions may be full at the moment. If so, all qualified applicants will receive an email with dates and times of upcoming positions and Town Hall Meetings. WhatsApp is used as a major form of communication it would be a good idea to have this app on your smartphone.
Once you attend a meeting or communicate with a recruiter you will get an email with the subject “Getting Started”. Be sure to read this document thoroughly and open the attached PDF file so all schedules and responsibilities are clearly understood. Create your business email address following the instructions.

· Police Report, must be within 6 months old by end of training
· ID (Front and back, Full color)
· Word document with written answers to Call Center Statements
· Voice recording with correct introduction, verbal questions and answers to Call Center Statements

You will then receive a request for 4 items:
· GVW will send emails with assignments to complete. Follow all instructions as written. At this time, you will be instructed to create your Payoneer account so you can receive payments. Assignments are to be completed on your own time before deadline usually by the Friday before your first day of training on Monday.
· Attend Final Town Hall Meeting with Cavinol for important tips on making the best of your new opportunity.
Payoneer accounts should only be opened after completing installation and receiving email with the subject “MUST READ: Network Credentials & Revenue Setup- Information management system (IMS)”. If instructions are not followed it can unfortunately cause many delays. Any account created directly from Payoneer’ s website will cause delays for payments and may results not being able to create an account linked with GVW. It is also possible that your account can be closed for risk reasons.
No; you will receive instructions on when and how to complete this step; it shouold be completed through your GVW IMS system.
